A lifelong resident of Scottsdale, the Founder of Timeless Care Ventures, LLC bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and the nuances of human-centric care. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Management, he has dedicated his career to disrupting the stagnation of the senior care industry.

The “Timeless” philosophy is the result of over 13 years of cross-disciplinary expertise. This includes more than eight years in the elite hospitality and food/beverage sector—notably at the Musical Instrument Museum—and over five years of direct advocacy and volunteer experience in residential dementia care at Barton House. This unique fusion of backgrounds informed the creation of the firm’s flagship project: Timeless Mind, a premier ~10,000-square-foot Memory Enrichment Center located in Scottsdale.

Driven by a commitment to independent pattern recognition and objective data, Daniel rejects the industry-standard “clinical warehousing” model. Instead, he champions a shift toward immersive world-building, utilizing meticulously curated environments from the 1960s through the 1980s to restore identity and dignity through reminiscence therapy. His deep-rooted connection to the community, dating back to their service on the Scottsdale Mayor’s Youth Council, ensures that every venture is built on a foundation of local accountability and visionary excellence.
